Help with interior lights

Ok guys, my sons has a 86' Trans Am that i noticed the shift indicator light doesnt work along with the power door lock, window switches and headlight switch. His Grandfather bought this car new and it has been sitting in his garage since 1999.

Oh and I should add none of the fuses are blown........here it is when i sprayed 12 years of dust off it.

Sounds like you have a bad Ground,make sure the ground wire next to the fuse panel is clean and tight.If you look up to the left of the fuse panel you will see the ground wire,it;s grounded near the hood release.Nice looking 86 you got their.
