I pulled the rear cover off to see why the rear pull down doesn't work in my car. The spoiler doesn't line up with the side pieces (its a vert) on the one side and I thought maybe the pull down would pull it tight enough it would like up. I can push it down a little so it lines up.

When I opened it up I found this.... (pictured below)

It doesn't look like the 82-85 no pull down latches. It actually looks fairly new. I don't see any provisions on it for a pull down. There is the two wire harness going into it and that's it.

There is also another two wire harness hanging unplugged that I figure is for the pull down that I think should be there.

Whats going on here? What do I have? Am I supposed to have a pull down on a vert?
