quicksilver shifter installed

Axle/Gears: 2.73 open
quicksilver shifter installed

i haven't seen one of these in a 3rd gen so i thought i would post mine.
this is the tall version pn 80683 i bought it used for $50 then i bought the shifter stick from the console version. its a lot shorter. i had to make an adapter plate to bolt it to the factory holes but it sits in the right spot and works great. i can post more pics if anyone wants them.

That doesn't look out of place.
What's the difference in the two shifter sticks height-wise?
Is the t-handle an add-on? (I thought they came with a shifter ball)
