I am having a hell of a time trying to figure out what color interior to buy... I want to stay exactly original. Can ANYONE tell me what color I need to buy?!?! Im buying new seat upholstery, carpet, and door panels.

Does anyone have any experience with buying the upholstery kits from hawks?

I got some samples from hawks (Of course they didn't send all of the colors and the ones they sent don't match...)

I really really want to keep the striping on the sides of the seats and tops of the door panels...

Here are the pictures of my interior. They are very very close to what they look like in person.

 

 

Looks a little dark but I'd think that is the carmine red interior with the "custom" matching upholstery. I could be wrong, but that's my guess.

Knowing what year you have would help narrow it down.

 

 

That last seat you posted doesn't look like what's in the first picture...?

 

Its a 1985. Original interior. Is it possible to get a reproduction of this "Custom" matching upholstery?

 

The first pic of the seat and the back seat are the best representations of the seat color. The second pic of the front seat came out a little dark

According to that, I would think you have the custom red interior, and yes, it can be bought/reproduced (to my knowledge).

 

Also, to avoid future confusion, you should fill out your profile so that your car info shows up under your name.

 

Do you know where I can get them? I don't think Hawks carries this color...

 

A local upholstery shop can make them up. There's also camarocentral.com, they carry alot of interior sets
