Just A few Mods I did to My Interior This Month

Im sure some love the stock steering wheel but I just could not hack it so I used the Sport steerring wheel that My sister used to have in her 69 Camaro (she swapped it out an put the correct year in) And being on a budget as I am I wanted a tach (even though my car is a 2.8 multi port) but could not afford to do a gauge conversion I made a cover plate for the cigarette lighter and installed a grommet and a little chunk of loom along with modifing the column bracket came up with this set up which I happen to like a lot. its easy to see and I think it looks pretty clean if I do say so myself. I just wanted to share. Hope you all enjoy.

The fits in pretty nicely. The take has great visibility in that spot.

yeah it is real easy to see without taking my eyes off the road, It was a tight fit when I tried to mount it on the column and I could not see it very well. I dont smoke so I dont need the cigarette lighter and if I need to charge my phone I could always add a usb port in a nicer location at a later date. I did not have to make any addition holes either which was a goal of mine
