What goes here (missing part)
Does anybody know if there is some sort of cover/trim piece that I'm missing here? And where I can get one?

Yes, there is a cover plate that goes there. Only place I can think of to get one is off another thirdgen. Either here on the classifieds board or at a junkyard.

Yea your missing the piece that shrouds over the wires, and you can buy it off ebay fairly cheap. Under $15 I would assume.
