Pull the kick panel out and there should be a white wire in there that hooks to the dome switch in the jamb. It grounds through the body and sends a ground to the dome light which has a constant hot going to it.

Straight up to the two kick and dome light or to the headlight switch? I am missing the white wires on both sides, little confused where to hook it up lol.

I just went through this wiring up a 4th gen mirror and dome/map lights.

I pulled power from the headlight switch, which should have a constant hot regardless of key position. The white wire should run to the headlight switch from the door switches. They (jamb switches) will ground the lights and they will come on. Or you can spin the headlight **** to complete the circuit.

They run into the harness under the dash. They go to the headlight switch more for the dome switch on it than to make it actually function. I know they're white, and a brown one for the buzzer on the drivers side. You should have something left of them to splice into, they may just be pulled from the jamb. It would be an awful lot of work to take it all out. Going to have to check. If you can't find the wires that were there, you can tie into the white wires on the hush (kick) panel lights to get it to work. This is the dome light circuit.

I actually found the harness tucked under my carpet, it was attached to a unplugged plug for a white i believe and orange cable, not sure about that. Trying to nail down why my dome light has zero power.. grounds good up there wires are ran all the way down, havent had a chance to actually find them under the dash though.
