Window doesn't work

My passenger side power window. Sometime it works, sometimes it does not. If it does work, it's real slow. Beyond slow. I already replaced the switch, and it did not help.

Could it be the window motor ? Or something else I am not familiar with ?

What's involved if I have to replace the window motor?

They are real easy to replace with common tools. Available from most AP stores. Get the GM new, not aftermarket rebuild crap. See rockauto.com
