So I am rebuilding my non tilt steering column and it all went pretty good once I remembered how to put it all back together again, but now when I turn the ignition cylinder with the keys the rod attached to it moves down and it looks like it should move up to work properly with the ignition box think bolted to the bottom of the steering column. I don't know how to fix it, my tilt colum works perfectly fine and this one has problems any advice would be great thanks in advance
