Fan works no air in car heat or ac helllp

I have a 1991 RS 305 camaro and the heater and AC don't work as in i get no air coming in the car. Heater core gets hot. Blend door works. I have no idea. HELPPPP!!!!!!!!

Have you physically taken the blower fan out of the box and seen it move, felt air blowing? Are any of the ducts disconnected? Does it not work on any level or just one level?
