i have an 89 gta and i bought some seatbelts and they are different then the ones in my car these are the fronts. the rear belts i dont know where the triangle shaped metal piece with the two holes in it goes. i will take some pics in a min.

 

The triangle piece bolts to the top rear corner of the back seat for the shoulder harness. Not sure about the fronts until we see a pic

 

Where does this go?





I just looked at all my seat belts and noticed the one on the left in the picture is the only wrong one .he gave me another one like the one on the right that is correct. What does the one on left go to? Early 80s?

 

I didn't see anyplace on seat for it to bolt to have to check again

 

The rear seats need to be from an 89 up car to have the provisions for the shoulder belt. The second pic, the black belt is from a convertible

 

I have the tan back seats. Can I just put the black upolstry on the tan seats so I have the seat belt mounting holes?. Double checked the black GTA rear uppers and there are no bolt holes. I have a 1 PC rear upper seat with the proper holes but I don't like the way it looks.
