I have had my 4th gen console in for awhile. I did the Ford Taurus window switch conversion, that solved that issue. but what about the mirror switch? For a long time I just had it turned sideways in the front little cubby.

Even though it was almost a perfect fit, it was just a little bit to big and the switch would fall out and look terrible.

So, on to the design table. I made an adapter plate that fits in the cubby and keeps the switch secure. (It is so secure if I ever need to remove it, it will probably need to be cut out.)

Just putting this out there as an option for the mirror switch placement. What you think?
