I'm looking for a turn signal switch for a 1989 trans am gta. I need the switch and pigtail out of a car with steering wheel radio controls. If you have one I'd appreciate it.

 

Do you need the switch or the cancel cam?

It took me two years to find a new switch (AC DELCO PN D6262 ,not D6262D)

If you need a cancel cam (like I still do)...Good Luck.

these parts are incredibly hard to find.

 

I believe the cancel cam. I was basically seeking the whole thing as I haven't tore into the column yet. But posted told me that he fixed the tilt inside the column. I found the 2 metal bands that sit on the cancel cam in my center console. Hopefully it's not broke and I can fix it. But I'm sure they broke something. I know classic industries has them. But they are 164.00.

 

Can you post a link to the part on Classic Industries. IV been searching for months for a new cancel cam.

Are you sure the metal bands goto the cancel cam, and not the switch?

First off, this thread is OLD, Second, Not original GM packaging, and third, it doesn't look like it is for a GTA with radio control steering wheel. Post a non potato picture so we can see the parts in the bag clearly and I can tell you whether it is for steering wheel controls
