Turn Signal Issue

I recently ran into a problem with my turn signal. When I activate my left turn signal the amber turn signal stays solid it doesn't flash. The turn signal doesn't click. Does anybody know what the problem may be? Is it the flasher that needs replacing? Thanks!

Check all the bulbs on the problem side,.... might be just a bad bulb.
