This is the iroc I'm going to buy and the current owner sent me a video of the car running. The picture is a screen shot of that video.
Can someone tell me what that warning light is that is on?

Can't you ask him? If it is the ebrake, and brake is not pulled, could be the switch is misadjusted or bad

Re-bleed the brakes.
If the E-Brake isn't the issue,.... It wasn't bled right the first time or there is still a problem.
