What are these things called?

What are the things called that GM used to slide on posts to secure things like the dome light and dash speaker grills? A 10mm socket fits onto them but they are not threaded, they are like press on one time use retainers.

Can't think for the life of me what the they are called so I can find some on eBay on order them lol.

Thanks!!!!

Alex
