Camaro or Firebird? Because they're different.
Camaro are wicked simple to fab from angle iron, or aluminum angle, etc. Firebird are a little more complicated.
I'd probably start by busting out The Book to find the part numbers. Then Google the numbers to see if they've been superseded, and if any NOS stock is available. Then search Ebay. If those options came up empty, junkyards looking for stock radios and also at any thirdgen with a generic mounting kit, since many were setup to use the OE brackets. Then I'd look to classifieds, a wanted ad here, watch Craigslist or whatever for part outs, etc. They turn up from time to time.

Drew is correct!
I been there and done it with my missing stereo and brackets.
I got a CD am fm unit from a bird and needed those brackets.
I ended up just buying a cheap install kit from wally world and
used the cheap knockoff brackets that came with the $10 kit.
SURE they were't the metal GM goods but they worked and
were hidden by the faceplate/surround anyhoo.
I figured Crutchfield would have them as they have about any
other stereo install wiring, plug, and dodad anyhoo.

I have have a few sets of these. I’m happy to dig them out of my parts supply this week if you are still looking. They’re definitely hard to find nowadays though. Most junkyard third gens have been hacked up and had junky aftermarket stuff installed
