Switch between window switches
What is the middle switch between the window switches? Is it a lockout for the windows? It doesn’t matter what position I put it in the windows work.

Re: Switch between window switches
Is your car a convertible? If so, its probably the tonneau release.

Re: Switch between window switches
It's either for cruise control or rear wiper. It should not be in between the window switches either. It belongs underneath where you have the hatch release switch

Re: Switch between window switches
Ok that would make sense. It did have cruise from the factory. It is no longer hooked up. It has been driving me nuts trying to figure out what it was for. The previous owner also added some sort of switch in the ashtray too. Have yet to figure out what that does. Time to trace the wires I guess. Thanks!

Re: Switch between window switches
Yup,... The button with the green LED is to turn on the CRUISE control, (in 84 it was mounted behind the pedestal radio.) It's a great switch to use for any add-on accessories ( TCC lock-up, manual cooling fan control, exhaust cut-out ect. ) because it's a stock button.
