Speedometer not working

Hello, I have a 1991 camaro rs and the speedometer doesn’t work at all so I’ve removed the gausge cluster from the dash and the little chip below the Speedo that the resistors apparently tend to burn out on. Does anyone know where I can get the proper ohm resistors for this board? Or if any company sells the whole chip. I’ve heard. This is most likely the issue and I can see the connections are burnt out and they do not have any resistance when testing with a digital multi meter. Thank you
