Squeaky passenger's a-pillar trim

I've had my '91 Camaro for almost 3 years now, and this is the only squeak that I just can't seem to fix (other than the one at center of the dash). Whenever the inside temperature of my car is over about 70 degrees (which is almost all the time here), the passenger's a-pillar trim squeaks when driving over the slightest road imperfection. It seems to squeak both at the top where it touches the t-top trim, and at the bottom where it touches the dash. Tried swapping the a-pillar trim out of my T/A, and tried shoving rubber and foam against the contact points at both ends, but nothing seems to help. I don't know if the ends are warped, or what.

I see that they sell these new, and this squeak is so annoying that I'd be willing to fork over the $150 for new ones if it fixes it. Has anyone else been able to fix this issue, or bought new ones that fixed the squeak?

If you get the right clips and refoam it, it may help. I need to do mine also.

Yeah, forgot to mention, I tried replacing the clips too. Even went with the weird fancy correct rectangular GM ones from eBay.
