4th gen seats and seatbelt guide issue

Questions for guys running 4th gen seats. Did anyone have issues with the seatbelt rubbing your neck? I have the guides in the first pic. When the belt is through those it sits to low on my shoulder. Without a guide it rubs my neck. Has anyone used the guides in the second pic to lift the belt up a little yet it keeps it off your neck?
