SOS Odometer trouble *need help*

I took the odometer to clean up one of the numbers that had gotten dirty somehow. I think something spilled on it when i had the gauge cluster out. It slipped out of the housing and now my 19393 is gone. More so the numbers arents aligned anymore. Desperately trying to get the correct numbers back in the correct order. Ive tried a drill to spin it faster and that was workign for a while but it stopped. How do i get it to come back in line?

The metal tabs move around, making it hard to get the numbers aligned
