Is that an aftermarket part? I dont think ive seen a vert with any dome light.

Probably is, the closet thing to a dome light in our verts is the two "map" lights in the rear view mirror.

You will probably need to remove it and see if there’s a logo or a manufacturers name anywhere and then see if they’re still in business/still making these. Even then, you may not be able to buy just the cover, you may have to buy the whole assembly.
*Might* have been a dealer accessory back in the day, or it may be a JC Whitney-type item added by the previous owner. If the map lights in the underside of the rear view mirror are working then it’s a bit redundant in the location it’s at, unless the original mirror got changed out to a standard one at some point.
If you can’t get the cover or the exact light, then you can either go with the factory map lights in the rear view mirror and get them working if they’re not, or replace the mirror if it’s incorrect. Or, speaking of JC Whitney, assuming they’re still in business, they sell lots of little automotive accessories and gadgets, they may have something that’s similar.
