Dash Pad - Mounting Hole Repair?

I have been removing my dash pad a few times over the past week while playing around with front speakers. During install, I noticed a few of the mounting holes must be stripped as the screws aren't able to really "bite" into any substantial material.

Anyone have some suggestions on a filling material that could be used to give the holes back some material?

Talking about the front ones i assume? If so, its just foam them screws go into. I used expandable foam once, worked ok.
