Swedish Custom Gauge Pod

I'm adding a custom gauge pod from a VOLVO 240 Turbo. I replaced the old units with new VDO oil temperature, transmission oil temperature, and an outside temperature gauge.

This project needs some wiring modifications and a case to mount it underneath the center air vents so it can look like it was meant to be there.

It's the angle of the photo. I never cared for the pillar mounted gauges. I'm still working on the best exact place they will go. Flush with the air vents or further back.

Re: Swedish Custom Gauge Pod

Well these are new gauges I ordered from Summit. I'm only using the cluster and plug wires. The outside temp gauge came with a factory sensor. As for the engine oil temp sensor, I'm going to use one from a pre-1990 Corvette. The transmission oil temp sensor, I have some questions on whether to install a sensor at the pan or inline with the send to radiator line.

There should be a port on the trans case for the sensor. I forget which side. I thin it sticks out too much at the front of the vents.
