So I ordered this panel for the underside of the dash, was just wondering if it's the right part for what I need and if anything hooks onto the floor heat vent?
Like how does that vent fit with the panel, does it go inside outside?
the vent slides through the opening in the hush panel. there's maybe 3 screws on the front of the hush panel that attach to the dash. the right side of the hush panel has kind of a groove that sits on top of the lower kick panel. it's been awhile, but there might be a longer screw in the HVAC box that the rear of the hush panel goes over. the back of the hush panel kind of lays on top of that long screw. i have the same setup in my car but my interior is currently not installed otherwise i'd take pics for you.
