New custom door panels done! Headliner woes, interior refurb complete!

So I finally got my new interior done! Interior was all light grey and sun faded. Seats were ugly and broken. Steering column was loose and steering wheel was ugly OE airbag one. Lots of broken plastic everywhere. I redid the interior and used SEM Vinyl/plastic paint on all the light grey plastic panels and it worked pretty damn good. If you do it right it still won't resist hard scuffing so be careful with kick panels, door sill covers, OE cupholders in the door etc. Also it doesn't stick AT ALL to the rubber armrests/door handles. I'm going to have to buy some used black ones.

The headliner was redone with a new ABS plastic backing board from Hawks and then covered with foam back Alcantara Suede. I had to redo it as I did NOT use enough glue the first time around! Make sure you are very liberal with the 3M Super 77 spray adhesive on both the foam and the backing board!

I rebuilt the steering colum and installed a new aftermarket steering wheel with a Pontiac logo horn button. Installed switches for my fans, exhaust cutout and fuel pump. I wired all the stereo equipment for when I add amps but right now it's just the Alpine iLX-409 powering Alpine S-Series speakers and its not enough power but it works. All the wiring was routed under the new black carpet. I plastic welded all the broken plastic panels and rebuilt the center console myself with only minimal new parts like the spring for the console lid. I installed new black Corbeau A4 Wide Microfiber suede racing seats. I made new custom door panels from ABS plastic sheets and bought all the new suede and vinyl and carpet and foam and made new panels re using the metal L Shaped trim piece from the old panels. While everything was apart I installed new window motor and door lock actuators and cleaned and lubed the latches. I pulled the dash and plastic welded the broken HVAC ducts where air leaked out of. I repaired the broken A pillar trim and deleted the rear seats. I did a battery relocation to where the spare tire used to be and installed a Moroso 300A cut off switch that kills the battery and the fuel pump when flipped. I installed a new power distribution center and relays near the battery and welded in a new bracket for all of it to bolt to including the circuit breaker. Installed new headlight switch, door lock switches and power window switches. Installed new reproduction black searbelts. I also fixed the drivers side mirror adjustment cables. Here are some pics but to see all of it my cars Instagram is https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cinx6lgpksn/?igshid=MjU0Y2ZlMmY=
