My 87’s heater controls were faded and the light bulb socket was busted. Got a Firebird panel off a parts car. Swapped over the black Camaro ***** and put an 8-32 screw in the vacuum selector disc while I was at it. For anyone curious, the Camaro bezel cuts off the top labels but the 3 bulbs light the panel more evenly. Will see if I can lower the panel when I swap the bulbs for leds to better match my dash. At night they’re a reddish orange.

 

That is nice. I swapped red bulbs in my dash I've wondered if this would work to complete the look.
