I am in need of a Carmine Red drivers side front seat belt latch for my 87 Camaro, the plastic housing around it has cracked and broke to piece. does anyone know where to find a NOS or used one?

if you can't find a Carmine Latch you could get one a different color and order a can of Carmine paint from BAPS it's the exact match
they actually mix it and put it in a spray.

Re: seat belt latch

Instead of screwing around with replacing/fixing those pos recievers why
not go to your local pic a part yard and get a nice set of metal GM recievers
and sleeves out of most any 80-90s GM car?
Just measure the tounge width in both.

In got a set of metal and chrome with sleeves for my 84.
ou need a t-50 torx too

Re: seat belt latch

Dyeing is NOT a good solution for wrong color seatbelt sleeves -- I bought a pair of repro Gray ones for my Flame Red interior '91 Camaro (they didn't start reproducing them in Red until about 2 months after I needed them), prepped them and used adhesion promoter along with interior dye from Corvette America, but EVERY time I had to move the seats or they brushed up against something, the Red dye would flake right off. Was literally having to re-dye them every time I detailed the car, until I ended up just buying the correct new Flame Red ones when they put them out. Unfortunately, the earlier Carmine Red ones are still not being reproduced.

As I said in my post, I *did* use adhesion promoter. Still flaked off any time it was touched.
