'92 Camaro HVAC light socket?

Putting the interior back together after replacing the carpet. The twist-lock 194 bulb socket that plugs into the right side of the HVAC control has a broken off ear. I'm having trouble finding a replacement, but would like to get one before I throw the console back in the car. Does anyone have a source for these? I found someone searching for one here back in 2018, and he was able to get one from another member's spares pile. Thanks,

Idk if it's different for the later cars but in my 87 I just got some off Amazon. https://a.co/d/emFWKiR

85 Firebird should be the same as my 87 Firebird, and mine are 74, not 194.
T1-3/4 Wedge Base Socket - Wired | Super Bright LEDs

But if yours are 194, then here's that one. This is good for people who install aftermarket gauges without the factory circuit board but still want to retain the factory location for turns signals and high beam.
T3.25 Wedge Base Socket - Wired | Super Bright LEDs

Edit: Sorry, you said 92. I looked at your profile on the left and saw 85 Firebird. I'd suspect the bulbs and sockets in Camaro HVAC controller is the same, 74. Regardless, I had included sockets for both sizes.

The one you show for the 74 bulb appear to measure 0.42" diameter for the part that fits into the housing. The one for the 194 is 0.50" diameter. I measured 0.48", so was concerned one is too small, the other is too large. I guess I could order one of each and see. Shipping will probably be more than the parts, but it wouldn't be the first time.

Rock auto also has the sockets for 194 and 75 series bulbs. If you measured .48" then the .50" will work fine. It's not like the manufacturers are building rocket ships or robots so .02" is well within tolerance.

I know, but I've been burned by replacement parts for these cars more than once. I just wanted to know if anyone has actually found a fitting replacement. One of each have been ordered. Shipping was almost, but not quite, what the parts cost. I'll update after they arrive.

Re: '92 Camaro HVAC light socket?

The sockets have arrived, and a cursory look and trial fit shows that it appears the T3.25 socket fits:

https://www.superbrightleds.com/t3-2...-t3-1-4-socket

I was out in the shop doing other projects so didn't actually sit down with a flashlight and get up close and personal, but it twisted into the hole, and didn't move around much. I'll probably wire it in tomorrow.

EDIT: The socket does fit. It's a very tight fit, but it does fit. I had to use a pair of needle nosed pliers the first time, but after that, I can twist it in by hand.
