GTA Steering Wheel Radio Control removal

As the title says, I am trying to remove the radio controls on my 88 GTA. I was able to get 2 out of 3 of the wires out but I am stuck on this one on the right. I tried wiggling it and pulling it out but its not budging. I also used needle noses to try and get a better grip and still nothing. I know better to just yank till it breaks but does anyone know how to remove these?

Use a small flat-head screwdriver to pry the locking clip out of the way then pull the plug. Stick the screwdriver between the black plastic(plug) and the white plastic (Blinker/radio switch) IIRC the locking tab is on the right side of the plug as shown in your pic.

Just got it out, what a life saver. Just need to figure out now how to remove the metal piece from the steering wheel so I can get to the actual steering wheel bolt
