As the title says, I am trying to remove the radio controls on my 88 GTA. I was able to get 2 out of 3 of the wires out but I am stuck on this one on the right. I tried wiggling it and pulling it out but its not budging. I also used needle noses to try and get a better grip and still nothing. I know better to just yank till it breaks but does anyone know how to remove these?

Use a small flat-head screwdriver to pry the locking clip out of the way then pull the plug. Stick the screwdriver between the black plastic(plug) and the white plastic (Blinker/radio switch) IIRC the locking tab is on the right side of the plug as shown in your pic.

Just got it out, what a life saver. Just need to figure out now how to remove the metal piece from the steering wheel so I can get to the actual steering wheel bolt
You don’t remove the metal piece to remove the steering wheel. The metal piece is tack welded to the back hub of the steering wheel. Scratch that. I think the metal piece is removal. I forget how I removed mine when I switch my steering wheel, though. It was pretty easy.
