Door rattle/windows slow/ power locks dont work

I've been looking up the search engine for the last 30 min. trying to find a good fix...Car was hit by a tornado in 2014, its been out of service since, during the re-build the pass side door was damaged beyond repair and completly replaced with a junkyard door(cant remember the year), before the tornado the windows were slow and had a slight rattle, but no other problems, I changed both motors/regulators, the tracks and the pads out as part of the rebuild, they are both still painfully slow, the passenger side stops mutipule times on its way up, they both rattle pretty bad, and both door locks move, but it feels like the slop isent letting it lock/unlock, the windows rock in and out signifigantly....Ive used silicone lube on every moving part....what can I do to fix the slowness/rattle/slop/window movement

Not sure if there are other vendors but I did recall seeing window turbo's in the GN forums: https://proraceeng.com/wt140-window-turbo/
You might also need some adjustments to the glass and components to calm some of the rattle. In the Buick world there was a book printed on the specifics of all the adjustments to be made to get rid of the rattle. Similar to F body, the G body cars have huge doors. Should be similar.

Hope some of this might help.
