The car is back from the body shop, and looks like a brand new vehicle!!

The custom LS2 402 should ship out this week from SDPC. Not sure how much Neil's death will set back the car's completion, but I'm hoping to have the car back by the end of summer or early September.

yea i saw those pics the other day when i was looking at the site, car looks killer. That will be one bad a$$ car when its done. I'm sure it will get done on time, bruce is a great guy, he was very helpfull when i dealt with him and NEVER left me hanging.

I have total faith in Bruce, but I also understand that Neil's death is gonna set him back a bit schedule-wise. I know for a fact that Neil was putting in 50-60 hours most weeks, and was a huge asset to Bruce's business. I also know, though, that Bruce is taking a lot of pride in being able to do this car, so I have no doubt it will still be a high priority for him.

 

The car is starting to really come along, now. Body resto and paint are done, interior has been completely recarpeted, new seats are in, most of the wiring is done, and MOST importantly......... the engine is IN!!

Waiting for Bruce to send me some new pics, but I'm starting to get VERY excited about this. We are finally making some great progress.
