Guages arne't working

and I can't figure out why.

91z28 with an 95 LT1 swapped in. I'm trying to finalize the wiring, and realized that after I had the PCM reprogrammed, that the only guage that works is the battery guage. I can see the Tach moving when the car cranks, but nothing while its running.

I'm lost as to what happened. Before I had the PCM reprogrammed, I had oil pressure and tach. All that was done was VATS delete and the EGR turned off.......

Checked the guage fuse and its good, even threw an ohm meter on it for good measure. Double checked the connections and they are correct and secure.

Motor runs smooth and strong, I just have no temp, oil pressure or tach readings to look at.

any suggestions?
might try to tap into the coil for a tach reference. We'll see how that works out

thanks
