There are a ton of threads on this.
You will need a tubular K-member, or notch your existing one and get custom motor mounts.
you will need a transmission x-member
You will need custom fuel lines.
You will need an aftermarket fuel pump.
You will need to modify or buy a computer harness.
Thats all I got on the top of my head, use the

from what I have read, you do not need a a tubular k-member. But as the gentleman previous stated you will either need to notch your current k-member or replace it with a tubular one. This is to fit the fourth gen ac compressor. The compressor runs off its own belt so if your intentions do not include ac no need to notch or go tubular on the k-member.
As far as the tranny cross member goes you can modify your own, it has been covered in this forum but I believe there is a member that makes a very nice piece. The name drew or drews pops in my head but not sure.
This stuff is based on my internet wrench so I would definately go with the info from someone who has actually done it over mine.
hope this helps,Freddy

You don't need the tubular k-member, but as stated, if you want to retain the A/C you will either have to modify the existing k-member, or go with a tubular. As for the tranny crossmember, if you are running a 6-speed, you will have to either make one, or get an aftermarket crossmember since the 6-speed sits about 3-4 inches further back than the auto. I'm running the Spohn T56 crossmember, and it is an awesome piece and is nicely priced.

Yeah, I guess I could have provided all this information for him again, but I figured if he spent 10 minutes using the search he would have figured all this out.
I wouldnt go modifing the stock trans x-member, more likely to break it with the LS1 power.
the kmember like said above can be reused with different engine mounts, and notched if you want to run A/C.
I really suggest you spend time reading the already existing threads to get a better idea of whats involved.
