random LS1 swap questions

OK i just bought my 2001 LS1/T56 with 10k miles, great deal! Now i'm buying the rest of the parts i'm gonna need for the swap and i have a few questions..

First the driveshaft, i have a Strange 12 bolt in my car with the big 1350 u joints, i would like to use the stock ls1 drive shaft but that wont work, what is everybody else doing about this, having the stock ds redone to fit the bigger u joints or is nobody using the 1350 series, i may just end up having another driveshaft made..

Second is the fuel line, my car right now is carberated, i ditched the stock fuel line and put in braided 8AN line from back to front. Now i'm wondering if i shoudl jsut keept he 8AN line and connect it to the intake fuel pump, or buy up soem 3/8 hard line and bend up some new pieces like it was stock. How much power is 3/8 line good for?? any ideas??

I'll have many more posts and questions to come once i dig into this more thanks, mike

no no no definately stickin with the LS6 manifold and efi.. Right now my cars pretty much just a track car, i'm looking to change it and make it more of a cruiser..

Say i plan on doing a MagnaCharger or KB in the future, think the stock 3/8 line would be good enough to handle that kinda power or would 1/2 be preferable?

if you have the -8 line ran, id use it.
should be more than enough to feed anything as long as you have the pump to push it.
