Will a LT1 short block work in my 92Z
I have a 1992 Z with a 305. I want to upgrade to a 350 and found a LT1 corvette short block cheap. Will this accept 1992 heads and starter ect?

No, LT1's are specific for heads, starter, etc etc. LT1's are reverse flow cooling, waterpump is driven by the camshaft instead of a belt.
They are a second generation smallblock.
