LT1 wiring procedure

when you guys did your LT1 swaps, did you remove the wiring and ecm before putting in the engine, or did you leave it connected? if you did disconnect it, where did you start when wiring it up?

all the engine harness can be removed. all the wires u need are at the bulk head connector

If your 2.8 is like mine, my harness was two pieces. One going to the ECM and the other going to the bulkhead connector. I pulled mine apart at the plug with the temp, oil and ac wiring next to the brake booster and used the rest that went to the starter.
