lt1 power questions

whats up. got an lt1 and i want more power...duh!
looking for 400+ rwhp then mild spray.

whats size cams does every one with that power level running?
did you change you rotating assembly?
did you port your factory heads? who did it?
what kind of valve train stuff do you run? 6500 to 6800 rpm max
what bearings are you guys using? i hear about these failing first on stock bottom end high hp cars...
what rpm can i take the stock bottom end to?
