K&N cold air intake
just thought i would throw this out there.
i got this K&N cold air intake and it worked well on my LT1.

i also have a trick flow intake elbow...so that may be a factor, but i cut a hole where the battery used to be(the tray) and the filter is below the old battery tray. if any other parts are needed to make this work, it would be a small extension to the intake elbow. also, i trimmed my air deflector to allow the filter to fit properly and allow for some direct air flow.
