My 6.0L IROC vs. 300+whp Civic
Went out to watch a few street races and see this civic with a roll cage,a big front mount i/c, its on some kind of radial with a license plate that reads something like I8URV8. The owner sees me checking the car out and says it dyno'ed over 300 whp, so Im thinking 2500ish lbs and 300+ wheel horse this thing has got to be fast.He ask me what I was driving, I told him and then I ask him if he wanted to see if his plate was true on that night
. He did , we went from a 20 roll which I hate to roll race but he wouldnt dead stop so heres the rest of the story

Enjoy.

not really the best board for this so it may get moved.
nice kill though.
I have never been too impressed with the turbo civics I ran one last year with my old setup and he got the jump and he hooked up first! all I can say is he was lucky if he even saw my tail lights once I burned 2nd gear past him. hit 3rd and he was so far back I normally would have stopped but his buddies and mine where waiting down the road so I stayed in it to make good and sure they all new just how bad he was smoked. funny thing I guess he sold the car shortly after. I am not a big import fan. I know there are alot of fast ones just not so many fast turbo civics

Awsome.. Great kill.. He should have added a little more Uncle Ben's before he came out to play that night.. I had similar results with a Subaru STI a couple of months ago..

There is only one way to race, from a dig. If they won't race from a dig then you've already won, and you clearly prove that point.

That was great, nothing like smoked civic.
I have always wondered when the rice will understand that they are a enthusiast appearance movement. Maybe their VTEC will kick in.
