I should have done this sooner!...
Hey everyone,
Thanks for all of your help on my recent LT1 swap. I was able to take it for a drive for the first time today & WOW!! Thats really the only way to sum it up. The engine runs like a dream. Even with my LT1 throttle cable only allowing me about 75% throttle, it flat hauls ***! Only problem right now is my edelbrock STB. It only has 1/8" clearance between it & the alternator. When I drive in reverse & the engine rotates clockwise, the two hit and make an awful noise. I will have to shim the STB up an 1/8" and that should fix the problem.
I will get pics up ASAP.
