Wireing Harness Question

Car: '91 Z28, '13 Civic EX-L
Engine: 355 LT1, 1.8 I4
Transmission: T56, 5spd auto
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3.42(as long as no breaky)
Wireing Harness Question
If I got an LT1 wireing harness that was originally mated to an auto tranny, and i wanted to use lets say a t56, is there any difference in the harness?
Sorry, question may be obvious but ive never messed with a harness before.
