Re: heads/cam swap

Looks awesome. Sounds awesome. Runs awesome!
I love the Ronals on there...at least I think they are Ronals.

I've been looking into a L92 head/intake 6.0 and what cam I will run. I think that if you had a cam with more of a duration split (around 10 degrees) that you would make more power. For example, 232/242. The flow on the L92s is alot better on the intake vs exhaust. I'm thinking of getting the GM CNC'd heads and going with a 232/240 .615/.625 on a 112/114LSA. Have to talk to some professional cam designers first though.

Re: heads/cam swap

Thanks man....You have a nice ride yourself.

You are correct. Everyone I spoke with suggested the same cam split for more power, but i already had the cam, so i ran it. I'll run this one until i get my supercharger then change it for a blower cam. Yes they are Ronals

Re: heads/cam swap

Until recently, I was planning to use the Torquer 2 for a H/C LS1, but I started looking at the data on the L92s...yeah, not a hard decision for the money. The Torquer 2 is a good cam according to most accounts.
I can't wait to see the results for the blower on that thing. I don't think awesome covers it.
