Fuel pressure is good now, I am getting spark through the spark plug wire on coil to the optispark wire, but dont think its going out to plugs because I took of one of the plug wires thats from the optispark and no spark was there.
By the way optispark,coil,IM,plugs,plug wires are new. The engine farts sometimes(small pop noise) when cranking but never cranks.

Optispark, injectors, fuel pump, plugs, wires, pcm, those are about the only thing that can keep the engine from starting, double check your grounds, check injector pulse with a noid light, find out if you have spark or not by pulling a plug, put the wire on it, and hold it to the head while someone is cranking the engine.

after a few adjustments, it cranked on 1st turnover, and sounds steady. 86 camaro with '95 lt1 finally on deck!
