LT1 Question
I am looking at LTx IAC's. I notice from GM there are two different IAC's depending on year. 93-95 is 217-429, 96-97 is 217-433. However, aftermarket places label as same part.
Any idea what the difference is?
Also, I am looking on the tuning aspect side of it. What program tunes these ecms? I am looking for the "effective area" for the IAC. Can anyone help me out here?

Re: LT1 Question
Dont know where you came up with those splits, 92-93 are the same and have the 4 pin square connector like a TPI, 94-97 has the flat 4 pin connector.

Re: LT1 Question
ok, so 93 is just like an l98.
94-95 is 217-429
96-97 is 217-433
both are the flat 4pin.

Re: LT1 Question
According to pictures. The 93 screws in like I was corrected.
The last 2 screw in like the TPS. But still have two different part numbers.
I am wanting to know the difference between the last 2
