functional ram air

I've seen some pics where guys have made a ram air box to make there ram air hood functional. Wondering if someone could give me some direction on that, or if anyone might want to sell there's. I have a 92MM that I need to get to. and a ram air I style hood. (the single hump, similar to the 97 ws6 hoods) Someone want to replicate one they've already made?

Re: functional ram air

Try searching my username and RA1.

I converted a RA1 hood and fabbed up a functional airbox from Suncoast Creations. It worked pretty good and the guy that owns the car today still has it . Hopefully the links are still on here.

At the time I was running TPI in an 89GTA so instead of using an intake bellows from a Camaro you would need to use a silicone piece from the airbox to the MAF and MAF to throttle body but thats pretty easy to get done.

EDIT...I still have a lot of the pictures from cutting the hood openings on the inside and the airbox mods to get it to bolt up.
