LT1 "T" intake
In the newest issue of camaro performers, theres a first gen. camaro with an LT1 swap in it, and the intake comes off of the manifold with the MAF and T's with 2 air cones. Has anyone else seen this, and know where you could purchase an intake like this one??

Re: LT1 "T" intake
I don't have the mag, but if it looked like the picture below, then it's a T-Ram intake manifold originally created by SLP for the late-thirdgen ('90-'92?) Firehawks.

If you really like it, I DID find one on e-bay...

I think he is talking about the ducting to the TB between the filters and the TB.

Yea, its the actual elbow thats shaped like a T. it comes off the MAF straigh then splits right and left to seperate cone filters. I thought it looked really nice and would be a great upgrade from the single elbow.

Re: LT1 "T" intake
SLP made a setup similar to that years ago for the speed density TPI setups. It had to be speed density because there wasn't a place to put the MAF sensor. To run something like that on an LT1 you would have to tune it to run speed density (not too hard if you have a cable and tuning software) before you could begin to drive it. I would just run a regular elbow setup with a properly located filter that is protected from debris and water and blocked from underhood heat.
