My LS1 Swap Pt.2 -> New motor/trans + lots more!

Hey Everyone.

Well, im starting part #2 for my LSx iroc-z. Since its not an LM7 anymore, i figured a new thread was fitting. For info on the 5.3 swap:

https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/ltx-...to-iroc-z.html

Alright, so im basically re-doing my swap. Keeping a few parts, but everything else is changing. My hopes are to learn from my first swap, to make my new swap more reliable, cleaner looking in the engine bay, and a fair bit quicker, but outside it will look just as suttle

Here's my new drivetrain:
'99 LS1 W/ fresh rebuild
-New pistons/rods
-ARP Rod bolts
-new bearings
-new rings
-LS2 timing chain
-TR230 Cam
-918 Valve springs
-Ported Heads

'00 Tremec T56
-New Master
-New Slave
-Drill mod on line
-LS7 Clutch
-LS2 Flywheel
-Pro 5.0 Shifter

Alright, so its pretty basic setup, should be good for hopefully near 400rwhp.

Here's my new planned additions to the swap:

-Stainless Works LT Headers (Didnt plan on these, but their dead sexy, and will last forever, so im goin for 'em)
-Redoing my entire harness. Im going to move the computer into the interior, move my fuse box to the strut tower, have my wiring run differently around the engine bay, and convert it for the T56.
-Powdercoat K-member, A-arms, Crossmember, strut tower caps
-Build crossmember like Justin's (Ghettocruiser)
-LS1 Rad + Fans
-New CAI, Real one this time that goes to passenger headlight area.
-Corvette Fuel rail covers
-Functional heater
- -AN Fuel lines (Using adapter)
-Base/Cleared engine bay
-Minimized wiring in engine bay
-Painted all engine parts so engine bay looks mint.

Ill update with pictures. Ill include pictures of engien assembly, and every step of the way as i re-do eeverything!
