ECT sensor reads different in Tunerpro - LT1

i'm trying to figure out a problem with my LT1's ECT sensor. does anyone know what a '93 f-body LT1 should have for voltage at the ECT sensor(in the water pump) with the key in the "on" position and engine off?

the problem is that when the car is up to operating temp, the ECT sensor in Tunerpro RT reads about 105*C to 107*C. the dash gauge reads about 160 F, which should be right because I have a 160* stat and both fans are on.

so, the fans turn on somewhere around 80*C in Tunerpro, but the stat isn't even open at that point...the gauge is only a little over 100*F.

so, now i'm at the point of checking the wiring and wanted to know what kind of reference voltage i should see. if anyone has any other ideas, please let me know.

edit** 105*C to 107*C is 221*F to 225*F
around 80*C is around 176*F

i went bak and looked at a recording i did in Tunerpro...it's gotta be in the wiring or sensor.
before the engine is even running, the IAT sensor reads 21*C and the ECT sensor reads 48*C.
